Well is early November..
not lost a pound in so long I no longer remember..
might be a plateau.. I have tried a few things but still I stay the same..
thinking I am going to go back to calorie cycling.
I know its not due to me not working out enough..
I got a job on Wednesday's delivering the Airdrie Echo, takes me an hour of preparing the papers, and then 90 minutes to deliver them.
I take my Nike + shoes and Ipod and count that as my cardio for the day, burn easily 800 calories that way.
On other days I get 90 minutes in a day.
I do 30 minutes on my bike,
I take max for a 2 mile walk outside and that is currently taking us between 34 and 37 minutes.
and I do 8 minutes a day on the stepper, slowly working up to 30 minutes, last week it was 7 minutes, next week it will be 9 minutes, going to keep going till I make that magic 30.
I don't track the stepper every day, just when I reach 30 minutes total.
then I either do a DVD, or dance, or bike for the remainder of that time.
I am burning on average 4500 calories a week and working out for about 540 minutes a week in cardio.
Plus doing my strength. Not every time I am supposed to.. I should work on that..
It is disappointed that I am not losing weight as much as I feel I should be.. but what can I do about it, working hard on cardio, watching my calories, and still it stays.
Maybe with calorie cycling, I will see my weight change.
