Well I am still plugging along, have had a great few months, I have gotten a stationary bike, its not in the best shape, and makes alot of racket when I am using it, but am now up to 30 minutes on it, as well as walking at least an hour a day, I am losing around 3 lbs a month, slow and very steady..
I bought a stair stepper today, boy does that work the leg and butt muscles.. I know it will not spot reduce, no such thing, but even if it helps me lose weight and build muscle in that area I am game..
going to have work up to doing it more, did 100 steps and my legs felt like they were on fire...
I am hoping to make my goal of 20 (and maybe more... crossing fingers) pounds for 2008.
There is hope that we will be going to Manitoba for Christmas with my sister, her husband, and new son. Might have to get a job to help finance it.
That's it for now. Time for beddy bye.. might do 100 more steps before I head that way though..
